We strive to keep our workplace safe, but accidents may happen occasionally. Employees who are injured at work (by accident or disease) can receive wage replacement, medical care and rehabilitation benefits according to workers' compensation laws, when appropriate.

Right Traffic encourages employees to prepare for their long-term financial future. To help you save for retirement, RT has established a safe harbor 401k retirement and savings plan through Paychex PEO services. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the plan after completing one year or 1000 hours of continuous service.

If you primarily work out in the field or in the yard/warehouse, the company will reimburse you up to $150 per calendar year on the purchase of safety shoes. The employee must successfully complete their first 90 days of employment. In an effort to keep our employees safe and looking professional we have also issues uniforms at no expense.
